Every employee, from the front desk to the cleaning crew, loves animals. We all work hard to make sure that our love of animals translates into compassionate care and respect for each pet — and pet owner — we serve. Our service and care to you is a very important part of our work.
We aim to work closely with you on all aspects of your pets health, care and behaviour so that after you leave our facilities you have all the information you need to have a happy and healthy pet. When we discuss a treatment or medication with you we aim for you to understand not only the short term but also the long term benefits to your pet and you.
We aim to try and offer you extra services to make your life that little bit easier.

If you have experienced the loss of your pet we can arrange for them to be cremated, you can choose to scatter their ashes, or bury them in a casket and mark the spot with forget-me-nots flowers, shrubs or a tree. Some owners prefer to simply keep their pet close by in a tribute urn. We will arrange everything for you at this devastating time.
