    For new patients please allow 30 minutes for your appointment time as we want to ensure we have enough time to get to know you and your pet.

    Appointment Policies

    We ask that you call ahead to schedule an appointment with us.  The veterinary surgeon will make every attempt to see scheduled appointments on time; however, emergencies may occur causing us to run behind schedule.  Emergency cases will always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.  We appreciate your patience when these circumstances arise.  Please know that if the emergency involves your pet, he/she will receive immediate attention.  If you are late to your appointment, we may ask you to reschedule or wait to be seen as a walk-in appointment.

    If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.

    Walk-in clients are welcome, however, whenever possible, please call in advance for an appointment.

    Patient Arrival Policy

    In order to protect you and your pet, as well as others at our hospital, all cats must arrive in a labelled cat carrier and all dogs must arrive on a lead or harness.  All restricted breeds must be muzzled on arrival.  All other small animals must in a cage or carrier.

    Payment Policies

    We will give accurate and complete estimates for all procedures that require hospitalization, including dental care and surgical care. Our goal is to give you an accurate estimate of the cost of providing care for your pet. However, during the course of treatment, additional procedures may be indicated. We will contact  you prior to performing any additional procedures (apart from life saving care in emergencies) to give you a cost estimate, so that you may decide to proceed with any additional care that may be required.

    We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash and Laser.  Unfortunately we do not accept personal cheques.

    Privacy Policy

    We do not collect or give out any information to any third party vendors or internet businesses.  No information will ever be disclosed to outside parties from us. We recognise the importance of protecting the personal privacy of its clients, its patients and those individuals who simply visit our site.  At no time is any information given out about the client or the pet without the consent of the owner.
