    Appointment Policies

    • Appointments must be booked in advance to limit waiting times. We aim to see your pet on time, every time.
    • Occasionally appointments may run late due to emergencies, we ask you to be patient if this does happen as emergency cases will be our top priority. We will try and give you an estimate of waiting time and if you do not wish to wait, we will reschedule your appointment.
    • If you are late to your appointment, we may ask you to reschedule or wait to be seen as a walk-in appointment.
    • If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide as much notice as possible. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.

    Walk-in clients are accommodated, where possible, but advanced booking is advised.

    Patient Arrival Policy

    In the interests of health & Safety, on arrival and while in the waiting room, cats must remain in a labelled cat carrier and dogs must be on a lead, restricted breeds must be muzzled.  All other small animals must in a cage/carrier.

    Payment Policies

    We will aim to give accurate and complete estimates for all procedures including dental, surgical and hospitalisation. Our goal is to give you an accurate estimate of the cost of providing care for your pet. However, during the course of treatment, additional procedures may be indicated. We will contact  you prior to performing any additional procedures (apart from life saving care in emergencies) to give you a cost estimate, so that you may decide to proceed with any additional care that may be required.

    We require full payment at the time that services are rendered.  We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Laser.  We do not accept cheques.

    We do not collect or give out any information to any third parties.
